In 2008, I had this idea that it would be interesting for biology faculty to retake the Biology GRE and see how they do. I never got around to trying to register to take it and thus never wrote about it ... Any Profs. out there who have gone back and taking the GREs?

Ugh. I remember taking the biology GRE at the time I went to grad school and I recall having to guess at most of the questions that were animal (and particularly mammal) centric. As a microbiologist I found that the biochemistry test was a far better assessment of what I learned as an undergrad.
