When the infamous UC Davis pepper spray incident happened in 2011, I ending up basically become a reporter to write about the incident and the aftermath for the world.  I felt the need to give outside people the inside story.  I worked my tail off to do this and kind of was desperate to trying rescue the floundering image of the University I had come to love.  I am collecting together those posts here:
