  1. Very interesting! Thanks for your talk and for making it available online. I didn't catch it, but which metagenomic datasets did you use in your comparison?

  2. Depends on which part. For some analyses we used a soil metagenome data set (this was used for many of the tests of metagenome annotation and binning). But we are redoing these to include all metagenomic data.
