Collecting some of my comments about Sacramento County's poor response to COVID19

And then Placer and Yolo County came out with their somewhat more aggressive plan

So #Yolo and #Placer counties have announced that they are also stopping containment efforts. I still think this is a bad idea but at least compared to #Sacramento county these counties are at least pushing the mitigation strategy a bit more strongly.
