I think you are missing the point of a phrase like "all biology is computational biology" -- it is not saying that nobody should do experiments but rather that no project should be done without a computational side. The obvious reference is to the famous "all biology is molecular biology" which was controversial at the time but has been vindicated by history.
ReplyDeleteWhatever the reference is and whether serious or controversial I (1) disagree with the statement and (2) disagree with much of what is in the text of the article. And for that matter, I disagree that "all biology is molecular biology" too.
